How do I search for a fabric?
The left-hand side navigation-menu system is set up alphabetically by manufacturer. To locate a fabric by color, designer or other keywords, use the search feature at the top of the page. The system allows you to enter whole, or partial words.
As an example – if you are looking for a designer and cannot remember the complete name, enter just the beginning – Jen – which will bring up Jenny Beyer and Lynette Jensen, among others. If you continue to have difficulty, please, don’t hesitate to email for assistance.

What will it cost to mail my fabric?
After adding items to your shopping basket, go to Checkout. This screen will give you a total of merchandise and shipping costs. Please enter your zip code for the most accurate rates. Simply click on any menu item to return to the store. Every attempt has been made to ensure that shipping costs are reasonable. If postage on your invoice appears overstated, please email for confirmation.

Help! There are no fabric pictures in your store!
It is important that your browser's ‘Cookies’ are enabled. These cookies are not the chocolate chip kind, rather the information kind. Cookies allow your web browser to tell my store that they are it is friendly. (This is truly an oversimplification. I sell fabric, not computer software. For more detailed explanation please check with your computer adviser, or a local teenager!)

What if the fabric arrives and it's not what I expected?
No matter how much description is provided, or how clear the picture, monitors can very widely on color hues. And I have been known to make mistakes! So if there is any reason that a purchase or transaction does not meet your expectation, please email me immediately.

How do I pay for my purchase?
Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, money order, or personal check. After selecting your fabrics go to Checkout and follow the instructions. Your personal information is verified secure in two ways, transactions are protected by GeoTrust, and our web site is checked daily by McAfee. Please read about security on the Customer Service page.

I've finished shopping, but don't feel comfortable giving out my credit card number over the Internet. Can I still buy from you?
Absolutely! Your order can be handled just like mail order. You can print a manual order form and fax it to 1-503-452-2468, or call our toll-free line at 1-866-904-6690 for personal assistance.

After I pay, how long will it take for my fabric to arrive?
Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service within 24 hours of payment, excluding Sundays and US Holidays. Within the continental US, packages should arrive within five business days. Shipments to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries can take from ten to fifteen business days. Please email if you have not received your purchase within an appropriate time.
