How do I search for a fabric?
Our store menu, located on the left side of the page, has options
to search by brand, manufacturer, designer, color and style. If
you are looking for something specific and can't find it on
our site, email us at info@auntbeasfabric.com.
We are always adding new items and putting great fabrics in the
Bargain Basket! |

What will it cost to mail my order?
Take a look at our shipping chart link located at the top
right of our website. We ship using the US Postal Service, and do
our best to keep shipping and handling costs reasonable. If
we are able to ship your package for less, we will happily credit
you back for over payment. Email with any questions about

store!
Please make sure your web browser's ‘Cookies ’ are enabled, allowing our images to

What if the fabric arrives and it's not what I
expected?
No matter how much description is provided or how clear the
picture, monitors can very widely on color hues. And, we
have been known to make mistakes! If there is any reason a
purchase does not meet your expectation, please email
immediately. |

How do I pay for my purchase?
Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, Paypal, money order, or personal check. After selecting
your fabrics go to Checkout and follow the instructions. Your
personal information is verified secure in two ways, by GeoTrust
and McAfee. Please read more about security on the Customer Service page. |

I've finished shopping, but don't feel comfortable
giving out my credit card number over the Internet. Can I
still buy from you?
Absolutely! Call our toll-free line at 1-866-904-6690 for
personal assistance. If you would like to pay by check finish the
check out process and select your payment option. Your
fabric will be held and shipped out when we receive your
check. An email will be sent to confirm shipping. |

After I pay, how long will it take for my fabric to
arrive?
Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service within 24
hours of payment, Monday through Friday excluding US Holidays.
Within the continental US, packages should arrive within five
business days. Shipments to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and
other countries can take from ten to fifteen business days.
Please email if you have not received your purchase within an
appropriate time. |

Aunt Bea's Fabric is an on-line fabric store only. If you
live in the Portland metro area and would like to pick up your
